During the summer, the Villa Mediterranea restaurant welcomes its guests to a  stunning  terrace overlooking the swimming pool  where you can enjoy special moments of conviviality  in a stylish and private atmosphere.

Just a stone’s throw away from the sea, the heady smell of  jasmine, the bright colour of the bougainvillea and the warm light from the candles on the tables make this place a perfect frame for your summer dinners.

Our restaurant offers a carefully chosen selection of  traditional  yet innovative dishes using  local seasonal produce from organic farms.
While highlighting the specificity of our location using fresh fish from our seas, the Villa Mediterranea restaurant offers a wide and varied range of dishes using purely Sicilian products such as D.O.P. cheeses (Protected Designation of Origin), extra virgin olive oil from the Val di Noto, cold meats and meat from local farms.

The wine list includes a carefully chosen  selection of the best labels in our area using both indigenous vines such as Nero d’Avola, Cerasuolo,  and Insolia and  vines which are not indigenous  and which thrive in the soil thanks to its unique features, and in the Sicilian sun producing special flavours and scents.

The list is completed with the liqueur wines and meditation wines such as the amber Moscato di Noto, the dessert wines and the late harvests.Service is attentive, the staff are polite and ready to help out with the specific needs of our guests.
